Heidi Bache-Wiig is a senior partner and a member of the board of directors at Advokatfirmaet Andersen & Bache-Wiig AS. She was also part of founding the company in 1984.
Her areas of expertise are immigration law, children’s and family law, marital as well as inheritance law and the distribution of the estate of a deceased person. She has considerable experience of criminal cases both nationally and internationally. Heidi is fluent in German and English.
Attorney Halvor Frihagen has worked at Advokatfirmaet Andersen & Bache-Wiig AS since 2001. He is currently a partner in the firm as well as a member of the board of directors.
Halvor is a specialist in immigration and refugee law and is frequently contacted by media regarding immigration law. He is also the Norwegian coordinator for ELENA (European Legal Network on Asylum). From 2007-2013 and again from 2017 he is a member of The Norwegian Bar Association’s legal committee for asylum and immigration law. Halvor also deals with family law, child welfare law, inheritance law and criminal cases both nationally and internationally. He is especially experienced in child abduction cases and international private law regarding children’s and family law. He speaks English, French, Spanish and German.
Frederick Andersen established Advokatfirmaet Andersen & Bache-Wiig AS in 1984 with his colleague, attorney Heidi Bache-Wiig. He is now an emeritus partner in the company.
He is currently on several committees and is president of the Norwegian Automobile Federation. As president of NAF, he takes part in FIA’s (Federation Internationale de l'Automobile) Senior Executive Program at Columbia Business School in New York.
He assists in general private law and gives assistance to small and medium sized businesses. His particular area of expertise is inheritance law and management of private estate distribution. He is also experienced in making wills and establishing private injunctions against execution that gives the heir the possibility to control the inheritance after their death and make sure that the inheritance is exempt from sequestering from the heir’s creditors.

Roberto Ortega is a partner in the firm and chairman of Advokatfirmaet Andersen & Bache-Wiig AS board of directors. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and is a qualified Spanish attorney.
After working for finance institutions in Spain for several years, he started working as an attorney for Advokatfirmaet Andersen & Bache-Wiig AS in 2008. After which, he has represented Norwegian clients in more than a thousand transactions in Spain. Roberto specialises in Spanish real estate law, mortgages and international inheritance. He assists in acquiring and transferring property in Spain (buying, selling, donating and relinquishing joint ownership), contracts and juridical reports on property, tax planning, inheritance Spain-Norway etc. Roberto is fluent in Spanish, English, Italian and Speaks Norwegian.
Lars Marius Holm
Attorney Lars Marius Holm is a lawyer and partner at Advokatfirmaet Andersen & Bache-Wiig AS.
He has extensive and wide ranging experience as an attorney and accepts assignments within most areas of law. He has special expertise in financial settlements between co-habitants and spouses, inheritance and probate law, children’s law, contract law, compensation in connection to economic loss, injunctions against execution, civil litigation relating to buying and selling of real estate. Maria Theresia Thier
Maria Theresia Thier is a lawyer and partner at Advokatfirmaet Andersen & Bache-Wiig.
She has expertise in immigration law. She started her career at the National Police Immigration Service in Oslo Police District in 2005 and has since then advised and assisted immigrants in UNE and in court through many cases. She also has particular experience in the area of criminal law both as a defender and as counsel for aggrieved parties. She started as trainee lawyer in 2009 and the first few years mainly worked as defender in complex criminal law cases throughout Norway. Maria also has extensive experience in child custody and child welfare, where she assists both with advice in court cases and in the County Social Welfare Boards. Maria has also worked in the Norwegian Civil Affairs Authority and is fluent in English and German.
Caroline Aastebøl is a lawyer and partner at Advokatfirmaet Andersen & Bache-Wiig AS.
Aastebøl is educated at the University of Oslo and has worked as a lawyer/partner and trainee lawyer for several companies in Oslo.
She has special expertise in child welfare and child custody (family law), as well as civil litigation connected to real estate, both when buying/selling and renting, as well as neighbour disputes. She also works in employment law, in conflict situations where an employer or employee needs assistance in furthering/rejecting claims.

My Vuong is a lawyer and partner at Advokatfirmaet Andersen & Bache-Wiig.
Vuong is a graduate of the University of Oslo, specialising in international human rights law.
She mainly works with children’s and family law, child welfare, immigration and criminal law, both as defender and as counsel for aggrieved parties. In addition, she accepts cases within employment law, social security law and inheritance law.
Vuong has extensive litigation experience from the County Social Welfare Boards and Courts of Justice regarding custody of children and child welfare, and has assisted clients all over the country.
In addition to Norwegian and English, Vuong is fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese.
Humayun Akhtar is a lawyer at Advokatfirmaet Andersen & Bache-Wiig AS.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Oslo in 2013. He has special expertise within immigration law, criminal law and child welfare law. He has previously worked for JussBuss, The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) and with private legal aid. Furthermore, Humayun has experience of parent disputes, employment law disputes and social security cases amongst other issues. Humayun assists within most areas of law. He is fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi.
Lina Kliukaite Smorr
Lina Kliukaite Smorr is a lawyer at Advokatfirmaet Andersen & Bache-Wiig.
Lina graduated from the Faculty of Law in Oslo in 2011 and has previously been manager and lawyer for Advokatfirmaet PricewaterhouseCoopers AS. She has specialist expertise in tax law and corporate law, as well as immigration law. Lina mainly works within the areas of criminal law (as defender and counsel for the aggrieved parties), child welfare, child custody disputes, financial settlement for dissolution of married and unmarried cohabitation, inheritance law, immigration law, employment law and real estate (discrepancies when buying and selling property, joint ownership issues etc.). She also advises on corporate and tax law issues. In addition to Norwegian, Lina is fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Elise has previously worked for the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, Oslo Prison, as deputy judge and lawyer. She has multi faceted experience within most areas of law.
Elise has wide ranging litigation experience from the Courts of Law, County Social Welfare Boards and Audit Commissions for psychiatric healthcare. She is happy to give presentations. She has special expertise in criminal law (both as counsel for the aggrieved parties and as defender), child welfare and child custody cases, child abduction, psychiatric healthcare (cases presented to the Audit Commissions), employment law and cases regarding the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV).

Afi Boon is an attorney at Advokatfirmaet Andersen & Bache-Wiig AS.
Boon graduated from the University of Bergen in 2016, specialising in employment law. He has specialist expertise in immigration law, human rights and child welfare law. He also works in criminal law, prison law, health and social law, agreement and contract law amongst other areas.
Boon has previously worked as senior advisor for National Police Immigration Services at the Deportations and Dublin Services, and the Legal Department. He has also worked as trainee lawyer for Humlen Advokater from 2017 to 2018.
Boon has taken an active role in volunteering and amongst other things been head of Somalisk Studenterforening.

Vilde Amundsen Øren is an assistant attorney at Advokatfirmaet Andersen & Bache-Wiig AS.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law in Tromsø in 2019 and minored in corporate law, building and contractor law and immigration law.
During her studies, Vilde worked as a case worker for the legal aid organisation Jusshjelpa in Northern Norway.
Vilde specialises in employment law, building and contractor law, monetary claims, financial settlement after dissolution of married or unmarried cohabitation, inheritance law and immigration law.
Tonje assist the lawyers and handles issues related to quality assurance during Transactions of estate in Spain and the distribution of estates belonging to deceased persons in Spain.
